Don’t just feed your body – fuel it. Eating is one of life’s great joys, but make sure you are doing more than simply crushing hunger or caving to a craving. Within a busy schedule, you can still be prepared with yummy, fuel-friendly snacks. Think protein, healthy fats, and very little sugar. Carnivore? Grass-fed beef jerky. Herbivore? Baby carrots and single-packs of hummus or guacamole. Need a little salty-sweet? A handful of lightly-salted almonds and dark chocolate chips. And for goodness sake, stay hydrated! Squeeze a little citrus in your water bottle.
