Who said, “’Tis better to be repaired than impaired?” Trick question – I did. And I’m talking about something dreamy: sleep! Science shows that if you can be disciplined enough to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night, your body literally repairs itself, from cellular replacement (look better) and immune system replenishing (feel better) to muscle relaxation (perform better) and cognitive recovery (think better).
